Solved my problem / Ik heb mijn hyperventilatie opgelost

For context, I've had HyperVentilation for 2 years now despite having no signs of anxiety or panic attacks.

I've run the usual array of tests:
- Blood tests
- Chest xray
- CT Scan
- Holter monitor
- Lung function tests
- Etc

And everything was fine with the exception that I had fatty liver and some liver related markers were elevated. Anyway it turned out that, for reasons nobody seems to understand, my liver has been causing acidosis which in turn lead to chronic HyperVentilation.

The solution was to avoid medications and other things that are hard on the liver like salt and sugar. I have since drastically reduced my HyperVentilation.

If you have chronic HyperVentilation and you don't have any signs of anxiety or panic attack, strongly consider the possibility that you're experiencing acidosis.
